One by the name of Remy, the other by the name of Roddy.

I finally got to watch Ratatouille (yeahh its about time). And on the same day itself, I went back and watched Flushed Away on DVD.

    They were BOTH fantastic shows.

    Ratatouille & Remy

    Ratatouille & Remy

Remy is just too blooooody cute as a rat (he’s so cute he breaks my heart). I wishhh I had a rat like him haha (doesn’t matter if he can cook or not). Why can’t real rats be like that? :P

Ratatouille was both touching and emotionally real. Unlike most other animated movies, this was a drama first, and a comedy second. I came out of the cinema feeling all warm and fuzzy. Pixar has completely outdone themselves again.

Flushed Away on the other hand didn’t have characters that were as cute but it’s PACKED with hilarious jokes, spoofs & references and you have to be really sharp to catch all of them. Despite not being as critically acclaimed as Ratatouille, I still highly recommend it.. :)

And both movies make good pokes at the French :P

My Top 3 favourite 3D animation movies of all time?

    1. The Incredibles – for being so freakin’ INCREDIBLE!
    2. Ratatouille – for having the MOST adorable lead character ever created!
    3. Monster House – for being the ONLY cartoon that was REALLY dark and scary for kids.. :)

Finally met up with Imm Ai after almost 4 years of having lost contact. :) She recommended me to a bookstore called BookXcess located at the Top floor of Amcorp. It’s unique in the sense that it only sells ‘overstocked’ books from publishers at a massive discount. The selection is very limited, but whatever you can find, will be at crazy bargain prices.

    I bought these:

Space, U2 by U2 and Imperium

    Robert Harris – Imperium RM32.90 RM9.90
Piers Bizony – SPACE 50 Years of Space Exploration RM169.90 RM49.90
Bono, The Edge, Adam Clayton, Larry Mullen Jr. – U2 by U2 RM169.90 RM 49.90

    Total RM372.70 RM109.70

And that’s not counting the 5% membership discount I’m gonna get the next time I go there :P

Also temaned Airin to shop on Sunday to buy a replacement wallet as it was the last day of the Merdeka Sale. I ended up buying 3 contemporary working clothes (it was 50% off!).

And then on Monday, Ash sent me this photo:

    Mel Gibson & Ash

    In The FLESH.

8O Arrgh, I’m so FREAKING JEALOUS! LoL
