Planet Hollywood
Was invited to join Airin for her farewell gatherings with her friends. Our first stop was Planet Hollywood for dinner with the trusty ole gang.

Su Lin, Airin and Michelle

Airin and Retna

Shyla & Airin

Airin and FoOie
And not forgetting Siva & Thomas whose photos I unfortunately do not have.

Our dessert – Chocolate Mousse with Haagen Dazs.
It looks better than it tastes guys
Just before we left, the group gave Airin a pair of beautiful gold earrings, which put her into sniffles. *sob*
Club Havana
Club Havana was a pleasant surprise for me in more ways than I can count. Seeing a hall full of people dancing away happily, doing their twirls and turns and salsa moves, left me with a silly grin plastered on my face throughout. And the latin music kicked ass too! Sigh, if I had only known that there were fun and cool places like this, I’d be inspired to take up salsa earlier.
Was also very surprised to meet Hank there with Lai Kuan and Emily (utterly small world yet again). Everyone was high on salsa, which explains the following photo

Emily shows clean armpit! Lai Kuan wants a hugg! Hanky’s Panky.. & Lovely Airin
Well Airin, I’m glad you’ve finally taken a BIG step closer towards your dreams – the chance to live abroad in a safer country and earn a stronger currency. I’ve always admired you for your strong will and independence, and I wish with all my heart that you’ll find nothing but happiness there. Perhaps thats where the rainbow starts for you too..
This is almost like a 2nd farewell for me. I’ll miss you dearly.

I was looking into taking up Salsa classes earlier this year…
If only I knew you were interested!

Haha Meiz
As much as I wouldn’t mind having a dance partner.. (I wouldn’t join a dance class without one) I think I would mind having a dance partner that already has a partner..

Oh he doesn’t mind. His ex is a dancer.
Heh heh heh.
I managed a feeble attempt in engaging him in dance classes, but alas, to no avail.
