These photos here are wayyy overdue. All of this took place LAST Saturday on 07.07.07.
Spent the afternoon chilling with Nic, Andrea & Jacq @ Starbucks Telawi. Nic bought himself a cool pair of Oakleys while Andrea got herself some funky large sunglasses at Reliance just across the road (sorry I forgot the brand :P).
Retired to Jacq’s place for a few rounds of Catan..
I completely forgot what we were so happy about in the above photo.. the whole conversational laughter must have went something like this..
Nic : I can’t believe she got my wood! HeeHee!
Jacq : HeeHee I got your wood!
Andrea : HeeHee! You got his wood!
I know it sounds sooo wrong guys.. but the things Catan does to you…
I absolutely adored the above pic. And it wasn’t even my longest road..
Rushed down to Khai’s place for his little wedding gathering - Khai & Yuenn both just got registered at the wedding registrar earlier that afternoon. If you are reading this, both of you, CONGRATULATIONS! (or condolences depending on how you look at it… just kidding!)
Smarty pants me decided that I could find the place without a backup map nor directions. Ended up rounding around for 20 extra mins before finally stumbling upon his place.. Late as usual, everybody’s done with dinner, so I just wolfed my share down and adjourned to the living room for.. yeah.. you guessed it.. moarr board games..
Yuenn flashed her glittering-dazzling-blinding diamond ring at me, and it made me wonder if I will EVER get married (or buy something like that for someone). Khai Lee dropped by for awhile, and I found out that Gobala was in the same band as Chak - an old college mate of mine that I used to carpool with.. What a friggin’ small world.
Met up with Jacq after for some supper before heading home to bed (or minesweeper flags) in preparation for a loooong day tomorrow. More to come!
