Went to 1 Utama with Jacq after work, and we decided to give the ‘It’s a Hit! Batting Cages’ on the Upper Roof of 1Utama a try. RM25 for 15 minutes of nonstop batting - bats and helmets included.. a little expensive, but very well worth it for trying out something new. You can even select the speed at which the balls shoot at you from 40mph up to 70mph.
Great stress reliever especially when you hit a few good ones with a loud *smacking* sound, and watching the ball soar into the sky only to get caught by the net. Damn, those were home runs! 
This is ONE outdoor activity that you can still play even while dressed in working clothes
